IT Talent Acquisition Executive

If you've worked on IT Recruitment, Non-IT Recruitment, or both—whether for Permanent, C2H, or C2C hiring—we'd love to meet you.

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you'll play a key role in identifying exceptional talent across PAN India. Your responsibilities will include:

Sourcing candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Job Hai, Apna, and internal databases.

Screening and interviewing candidates for assigned positions.

Understanding client requirements and preparing Job Descriptions (JDs).

Creating and explaining Boolean Search strategies.

Maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate records.

Collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver quality hiring solutions.

We're looking for professionals with excellent communication, negotiation, and email-writing skills who remain calm under pressure and are committed to delivering outstanding results.

Interview Process

Round 1: Hiring Manager Discussion

During this round, you may be asked to:

Create a Job Description (JD) based on a hiring requirement.

Build and explain a Boolean Search string.

Demonstrate your recruitment approach and sourcing strategy.

Round 2: Leadership Discussion

Compensation & Work Details

Salary: ₹16,500 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)

Work Mode: Hybrid / On-site

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturday Half Day)

Holidays: All Gazetted National Holidays
