Job OverviewWe are looking for motivated and confident Academic Counselors to connect with prospective students, understand their learning requirements, explain our educational programs, and guide them through the enrollment process. Key ResponsibilitiesConnect with prospective students through phone calls and follow-ups. Explain the academy's courses, curriculum, and program details. Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable educational programs. Handle inquiries and resolve basic course-related questions. Follow up with interested students and maintain lead records. Assist students throughout the enrollment and admission process. Maintain daily calling, follow-up, and enrollment reports. Coordinate with the team leader to achieve assigned performance targets. Maintain professional communication with prospective students. Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Good convincing and counseling abilities. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets. Confidence in handling calls and follow-ups. Willingness to learn about stock market education. Positive attitude, punctuality, and a target-oriented approach. Eligibility CriteriaFreshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Graduates and final-year students available for full-time work may apply. Candidates with sales, telecalling, admission counseling, or customer service experience will be preferred. Basic knowledge of the stock market is an advantage.
