Human Resources (HR) Executive (Part Time)

About the job:Key Responsibilities:

A. Recruitment & hiring:

1. Recruit sales executives, area sales managers, business development executives and other staff.

2. Post job openings on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and social media platforms.

3. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

4. Conduct initial telephonic interviews.

5. Coordinate final interviews with management.

B. Sales team expansion:

1. Support recruitment across Mumbai, Maharashtra, Gujarat and other target markets.

2. Identify candidates with FMCG sales and distribution experience.

3. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring.

C. HR coordination:

1. Follow up with shortlisted candidates.

2. Coordinate joining dates and onboarding.

3. Maintain recruitment records in Excel or Google Sheets.

4.
