We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and customer-focused Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

Candidates with prior experience in the outsourcing industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end B2B & B2C sales activities.Generate new business opportunities and acquire new customers.Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.Manage existing customer accounts and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.Conduct sales discussions, negotiations, follow-ups, and successfully close deals.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Maintain daily sales reports and ensure regular CRM updates.Research market trends and identify new business opportunities.Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.Independently manage leads from initial contact through closure.Candidate Requirements

24 years of relevant experience in Business Development / Sales.Proven experience in B2B and/or B2C sales.Prior experience in the outsourcing industry is preferred.Strong business development and customer acquisition skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong client relationship management abilities.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.Ability to independently manage leads and sales pipelines.Experience with CRM tools will be an added advantage.Compensation: 600,[hidden],000.00 per year
