Key Responsibilities: Understand customer travel needs and preferences (domestic & international). Design and customize travel itineraries as per customer requirements. Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally. Skills & Requirements: Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Pleasant personality with convincing and sales-oriented approach. Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations is a plus. Ability to customize itineraries and explain them clearly to customers. Basic computer knowledge (Email, WhatsApp, MS Word/Excel). Experience in travel industry or sales is preferred (freshers can also apply). Target-oriented and customer-focused attitude.
