Partnership approach: Build long-term partnerships, not just sell products. Issue resolutions: Price claims, quality complaints, logistics delays, payment follow-ups. You escalate + closeBusiness Growth Cross-sell/Up-sell: Increase share of wallet. If the customer buys feed, pitch additives, vaccines, premix, equipment, etc. New product trials: Coordinate with the technical team to execute farm trials. Own conversion from trial to commercial volumes Market intelligence: Track competitor pricing, schemes, credit terms, and new launches at your accounts.
