Business Banking Relationship Manager (Working Capital)

Role: Business Banking Relationship ManagerJD:Acquire new business banking customers with a strong understanding of credit assessment and financial solutions.

Manage client relationships across liabilities, Forex, trade finance, and asset products. Monitor and maintain portfolio hygiene through timely renewals, enhancements, and retention strategies. Minimize open deferrals and covenant breaches to ensure portfolio quality. Collaborate with branch banking teams to leverage synergies and optimize crossfunctional opportunities. Conduct competitor analysis and gather feedback from channels and customers to refine growth strategies. Recommend process improvements to enhance service efficiency and customer experience across the branch network.
