*Role Overview*

We are hiring Technical Support Sales Executives for our Tech CS Process. The role involves handling customer interactions via voice, chat, and email channels, assisting with technical queries, and driving sales through consultative conversations.Candidates will be responsible for delivering excellent customer experience while meeting key performance and sales targets. This is a work-from-office role based in Jaipur.

*Key Responsibilities*

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, chat, and emailUnderstand customer concerns and provide accurate technical solutionsDrive sales through upselling and cross-selling during interactionsDeliver high customer satisfaction while achieving sales targetsMaintain proper documentation of customer interactionsMeet KPIs such as CSAT, Quality, Productivity, and SalesFollow company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines

*Eligibility Criteria*

Education: Graduation is mandatoryExperience:Minimum 1+ year of experience in Customer Service/ Technical Support / SalesInternational BPO experience preferred

*Skills Required:*

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishStrong customer handling and sales skillsBasic technical troubleshooting knowledgeAbility to work in a fast-paced environment

*Work Schedule*

Rotational shifts (24x7)Rotational week-offs5 days working

*Compensation & Benefits (Monthly)*

1-1.5 Year Experience: 42K package = 40.5K CTC+ 1.5K PLI

1.5 2 Years Experience: 44K package = 42.5K CTC+ 1.5K PLI

2+ Years Experience: 46K package= 44.5K CTC+ 1.5K PLI

Paid Leaves: 2.16 leaves per month

Cab Facility: Partially paid cabs available for night shifts (9:30 PM 6:00 AM)
