2. Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary actions when necessary.

4. Coordinate and conduct training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.

5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

6. Assist in performance management processes, including conducting performance appraisals and setting goals.
