Order to Cash Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Order to Cash Specialist to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing the end-to-end order to cash process, ensuring timely and accurate billing, collections, and cash application. This role is critical in maintaining the financial health of our organization and requires a detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire order to cash process, from order entry to cash application.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing to customers.
• Manage accounts receivable, including collections and cash allocation.
• Handle deduction management and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze and report on accounts receivable metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures related to order to cash activities.
