The role involves retailer acquisition, market development, sales target achievement, distributor management and territory-level sales execution.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and expand the retailer/dealer/distributor network.Identify and onboard new retailers and channel partners.Drive monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.Develop territory-wise sales plans and execute GTM strategies.Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors.Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends.Execute promotional campaigns, retailer schemes and merchandising activities.Ensure product availability and market coverage.Maintain retailer/customer databases and territory mapping.Prepare sales MIS, dashboards and performance reports.Coordinate with Marketing, Business Development and Supply Chain teams.Travel extensively within the assigned territory.Candidate ProfileGraduate; .
