What We Build:

Skipper Cricket is a full-stack ecosystem powering non-broadcast competitive cricket:

1. Scoring & Streaming: Low-latency, offline-first scoring paired with mobile-native FREE YouTube streaming and broadcast-quality overlays.

2. Auction Management: IPL-grade virtual player auctions with real-time salary-cap governance.

3. Academy Management: Centralized hub for enrollment, scheduling, automated fee collection, and performance analytics.

4. Post-Match: Automated debriefs, AI-driven summaries, and district leaderboards.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Scout & Pipeline: Identify high-intent grassroots tournaments, corporate leagues, and local auctions through social media and on-ground networks.

2. Pitch & Convert: Reach out to convenors, understand their existing technology stack, and pitch our frictionless ecosystem as the definitive upgrade.

3. Execute Demos: Conduct high-impact product walkthroughs virtually or pitch-side.

4. Onboard & Retain: Support and champion new leagues through their maiden tournaments.

5. Drive Over Experience: Freshers, students, and career-switchers are welcome. You should demonstrate strong ownership and be comfortable working with minimal supervision.4.
