Supervise the cleaning staff and check that rooms are properly cleaned before check-in. If the cleaning staff is unavailable, the supervisor should be willing to help with basic cleaning and room preparation when required. Check rooms, bathrooms, amenities, linen, toiletries and other essentials regularly. Report and coordinate any maintenance or repair issues. Keep track of property supplies and inform the management when anything needs to be purchased. Handle unexpected situations at the property calmly and responsibly. Coordinate with management regarding bookings, guest requirements and property-related issues. Make sure the property is always guest-ready, clean, organised and presentable . Take care of basic property security and ensure things are not damaged or misused. Maintain a professional and polite attitude with guests at all times. What We Are Looking For: Mature and responsible personality Good common sense and practical thinking Ability to take ownership of work without constant supervision Good communication and guest-handling skills Honest, reliable and punctual Comfortable working independently Willing to be hands-on when required Basic knowledge of smartphones/WhatsApp is required Previous experience in Airbnb, hotel, homestay, guest house or property management will be preferred Important: We are specifically looking for someone who can take care of the property as if it were their own responsibility . The person should be able to  handle guests, check rooms, solve basic problems, coordinate with staff, and make practical decisions when required.
