About the internship:As a human resources (HR) intern at V-Mart, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment. Your proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, English proficiency (spoken), video making, Canva, presentation skills, and analytical thinking will be essential in supporting our HR team.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate employee training and development programs, including creating presentations and training materials.

3. Support capability initiatives such as assigning training on LXP, organizing learning contests (gamified), and organizing rewards and recognition.

4. Collaborate with team members to analyze HR data and metrics for reporting and decision-making purposes.

5. Assist in maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

6. Create engaging video content for internal communications and training purposes.

7. Utilize Canva to design visually appealing materials for HR campaigns and initiatives.
