Site Engineering - Interior Design - Internship

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with interior site execution and supervision by providing daily site progress updates with photos, videos, and work status

2. Source interior materials, fittings, hardware, and finishes according to project requirements

3. Monitor daily site execution to ensure work follows design drawings and specifications

4. Coordinate and manage laborers, carpenters, contractors, and other on-site workers

5. Observe how interior design concepts are transformed into finished spaces

6. Learn site management, quality checks, and execution workflows

7. Assist with site measurements, quality checks, and finishing inspections

8. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely execution

9. Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 7,000 - 15,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 3,000 - 5,000 /month

1. Performance bonus: An additional bonus equivalent to one month’s stipend will be awarded upon the successful completion of one full interior project, subject to performance and project requirements
