Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales Manager to manage showroom sales, lead the sales team, drive customer engagement, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day retail/showroom sales operations.Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.Handle customer enquiries, product demonstrations, and negotiations.Drive sales of electrical, lighting, and smart home products.Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure excellent service.Monitor sales performance, targets, and daily/monthly reports.Manage leads, follow-ups, quotations, and order closures.Coordinate with inventory and other departments for smooth order execution.Candidate Requirements:
