Business Development Associate - Fresher

About the job:Our Client(Mariposa) is a floral and gifting company that creates memorable experiences for corporates, events, and brands. They specialize in floral d cor and floral gifting, and handle end-to-end sourcing for curated gifts, from flowers and candles to dry fruits and more. They've grown quickly and profitably in the first year and are now expanding their corporate business.

We're looking for a driven, confident person who wants to learn sales from the ground up. You'll find and reach out to potential corporate clients, open doors, and set up meetings for our founder. If you enjoy talking to people and want to see your work turn directly into business, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research and build lists of target companies, HR and admin teams, event planners, and brands that buy corporate gifts.

2. Make 50+ outreach calls a day to introduce Mariposa and understand client needs.

3. Set up at least 2 qualified client meetings a week for the founder.

4. Follow up with leads over the phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.

5. Maintain a clear record of calls, leads, and meetings.

6. Share market insights on what clients are looking for, festive gifting seasons, and competitors.
