Family Law Paralegal

Paralegal Family Law (Part-Time) Location: So Paulo, Brazil (reputed company)

Schedule & Working Hours Initially Part-time: 25 hours per week Monday to Friday Available shift reputed company (converted to Brazil time BRT):

12:00 p.m. 5:00 p.m. (BRT) 1:00 p.m. 6:00 p.m. (BRT) 3:00 p.m. 8:00 p.m. (BRT)

These schedules can be coordinated directly with the reputed company team. The goal is for the candidate to transition into a Full-time role, with the following schedule:

12:00 p.m. 8:00 p.m. (BRT), Monday to Friday

This role works closely with the Founder/CEO and the reputed company team in a dynamic and sensitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct reputed company interviews and manage case files Draft and file reputed company documents reputed company reputed company research and assist in trial preparation Manage calendars and coordinate reputed company communications

Requirements

12 years of experience as a Paralegal (Family Law preferred) Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or reputed company Studies Strong organizational skills and attention to reputed company High level of confidentiality and professionalism Experience with reputed company Office and reputed company Experience with MyCase or similar reputed company systems (preferred)
