We are seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Loan Sales Manager to join our team in Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal and business loans, with a focus on unsecured loans. As a Personal Loan Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales through the DSA channel and managing relationships with clients to ensure their financial needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve personal loan targets.
• Manage and nurture relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to enhance sales performance.
• Provide training and support to the sales team to improve their product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive loan sales.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management to track progress against targets.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies in the loan sales process.
