Video Editing/Making - Internship

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Edit and produce engaging videos ranging from 1 to 15 minutes, tailored for various social media platforms (1-2 edits per day expected across different formats).

2. Integrate opening and closing sequences, motion graphics, transitions, and special effects to elevate video quality.

3. Collaborate directly with the founder to ensure the final output aligns with the creative vision and messaging.

4. Enhance visuals with appropriate background scores, sound effects, and voiceover scripting where required.

5. Incorporate visual elements such as graphics, subtitles, and overlays to increase viewer retention and visibility.

6. Seamlessly combine raw clips into a cohesive timeline and create refined rough and final cuts.

7. Perform basic color correction, lighting adjustments, and footage repair as needed.

8. Create eye-catching, high-converting thumbnails to drive video click-through rates.

9. Publish and schedule video content across major social platforms for maximum exposure and engagement.

10. Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 9,000 - 10,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 1,000 - 3,000 /month
