सीएनसी बोरिंग ऑपरेटर (CNC Boring Operator) का मुख्य काम किसी धातु या प्लास्टिक के वर्कपीस (Part) के अंदरूनी हिस्से (Internal Diameter या Hole) को बोरिंग टूल की मदद से बड़ा करना, सटीक आकार देना और फिनिश करना होता है। SALARY : [hidden] EXPERIENCE : 5 YRS TO 10 YRS EDUCATION : 10TH OR MORE मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां और कार्य: * मशीन सेटअप और संचालन: सीएनसी बोरिंग मशीन पर सही वर्कपीस (जॉब) को सही तरीके से सेट करना और प्रोग्राम के अनुसार मशीन को ऑपरेट करना। * बोरिंग ऑपरेशन करना: मशीन में बोरिंग बार (Boring Bar) लगाकर पहले से किए गए ड्रिल या होल को आवश्यक व्यास (Diameter) और गहराई तक काटना। * ड्राइंग (ब्लू प्रिंट) को समझना: टेक्निकल ड्राइंग या ब्लू प्रिंट को पढ़कर यह तय करना कि होल का साइज, टॉलरेंस और डायमेंशन कितना रखना है। * टूल और इंसर्ट बदलना: उपयोग के दौरान जब बोरिंग टूल या इंसर्ट घिस (Wear) जाते हैं, तो उन्हें समय पर बदलना और ज्योमेट्री …
