Pre-Sales Executive – Interior Design - Fresher

About the job:The Signature Design Studio is a premium interior design firm in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. We've been working for 13 years, have completed 1,200+ residential and commercial projects, and have won several national design awards.

Key responsibilities:

1. Call and follow up with inbound leads generated through ads, the website, referrals, and portals.

2. Understand each client's needs, budget, timeline, and property details to qualify leads effectively.

3. Schedule site visits and design consultations with the Design team.

4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including lead status, notes, and next steps.

5. Share the company portfolio, process details, and initial estimates with prospects through WhatsApp and email.

6. Coordinate with Designers and Sales teams to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.

7. Achieve weekly targets for calls, meetings booked, and lead conversions.
