Job description
Generate and convert mutual fund investment leads. * Handle SIP, Lumpsum, Switch, Redemption, STP/SWP transactions. * Manage transactions and client data on *MFU and Investwell*. * Handle KYC, FATCA, mandates and other documentation. * Coordinate with AMCs/RTAs for transaction-related issues. * Follow up with clients and provide investment-related support. * Maintain accurate backend records and ensure timely execution. * Achieve monthly sales/AUM targets.
