Director, Product Management - Salesforce

Organization : A SaaS based product companyJob Requirements :- 10 - 16 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 - 4 years in a role leading or mentoring a team of Product Managers/Business Analysts in a B2B SaaS or Enterprise Software environment.- Strong domain expertise in Distribution Management (DMS), Sales Force Automation (SFA), or related CPG/FMCG/Retail-tech products.- Proven track record of owning a product roadmap and driving it from vision through to measurable business outcomes (adoption, retention, revenue).- Comfortable operating at both strategic (roadmap, GTM, executive stakeholder management) and tactical (backlog grooming, UAT sign-off) levels.- Strong Agile/Scrum leadership experience, with the ability to set delivery cadence and quality standards across multiple product lines.- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging CXOs and enterprise clients directly.- Data-driven mindset - comfortable defining and tracking product KPIs/OKRs and using them to guide prioritization.- Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the gravitas to represent Product in front of Leadership, Board, and key clients.
