Required Skills and Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of experience in UK Nursing Recruitment. • Proven experience recruiting RGNs, RMNs, and other Registered Nurses. • Experience working with UK healthcare clients. • Good understanding of NMC, DBS, Right to Work, and related compliance requirements. • Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Target-driven, with a proven recruitment track record. • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidates effectively.
