About the internship:As a Talent Acquisition intern at Vacancy Factor, you will have the opportunity to hone your skills in English proficiency, MS-Excel, interviewing, and interpersonal communication. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for our rapidly growing organization.

1. Assist in conducting initial candidate screenings and interviews

2. Utilize MS-Excel to track and analyze recruitment data

3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs

4. Write compelling job descriptions and post openings on various platforms

5. Engage with potential candidates through phone calls and emails

6. Participate in career fairs and networking events to attract talent

7. Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
