MEP BIM Modeller

About the Role

We are looking for passionate and skilled BIM Modellers (MEP) to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Revit MEP and be capable of developing high-quality BIM models for large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop BIM models for HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & Electrical systems.Prepare LOD 300/350/400 models as per project requirements.Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.Generate shop drawings, sections, schedules and BOQs.Coordinate with Architects, Structural Consultants and MEP Design Engineers.Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project deliverables.Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEPAutoCADNavisworksMEP CoordinationShop DrawingsClash DetectionBIM StandardsQualification

Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or relevant discipline)Preferred Experience
