Job description
The Role
We're looking for a strong UI/UX Designer to completely rethink and redesign the marketing website for DialNext.io.
This is not a template customization or AI-generated website project. We're looking for someone who can take the existing product, positioning, and content, understand the user journey, and design the website from the ground up with a clear visual direction and strong human design thinking.
The goal is to create a website that feels professional, intentional, distinctive, and trustworthy — not like another generic SaaS website assembled from AI-generated sections or pre-existing templates.
You'll work closely with our team to develop the visual direction, information architecture, page layouts, interactions, and overall user experience.
What You'll Do
Develop the overall UI/UX direction for DialNext.io from the ground up
Rework the site's information architecture, page structure, and user flows where necessary
Create high-fidelity designs for the core website pages
Establish a cohesive design system covering typography, spacing, color, components, buttons, cards, sections, and other visual elements
Design landing pages and additional pages as required, including features, pricing, use cases, integrations, etc.
Create custom visual sections and supporting design elements where appropriate rather than relying on generic SaaS patterns
Ensure the website has a strong visual hierarchy and clear conversion paths
Design responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile
Work through feedback with our team and iterate on the designs quickly
Ideally, help translate the approved designs into Webflow, Framer, or another suitable platform
What We're Looking For
A strong portfolio demonstrating real UI/UX and web design thinking, particularly for SaaS, B2B, technology, or other modern digital products
Someone who can design from a blank canvas, not simply modify existing templates
Strong understanding of typography, spacing, composition, hierarchy, grids, interaction patterns, and responsive design
Excellent visual judgment and attention to detail
Ability to create a website that feels human-designed and brand-specific, rather than generic or overly dependent on AI-generated design patterns
Ability to take a product and its positioning and turn it into a clear, compelling website experience
Comfortable challenging existing layouts and suggesting better solutions rather than simply executing instructions
Experience with Figma is required
Experience with Webflow, Framer, or similar platforms is a strong plus
Ability to work independently and move quickly through feedback and iteration
Important
We're specifically looking for designers, not just website builders.
If your typical workflow is selecting an existing template, generating sections with AI, swapping content, and making minor visual adjustments, this project is not the right fit.
We're looking for someone with a strong personal design perspective who can explain why a layout, interaction, visual treatment, or user flow works and can create something tailored specifically to the product.
