Showroom Sales Associate & Manager – Interior Design Sales📍  Location : Tellapur   Salary : Competitive (Based on experience) Job Type : Full-time Key Responsibilities: Showroom Sales : Assisting the showroom customers by providing them the required information on residential interior solutions Customer Engagement : Provide expert advice on home interiors, understand customer preferences, and suggest suitable solutions. Lead Generation : Proactively generate new sales leads through cold calling, customer visits, and networking. Client Acquisition : Convert leads into sales by maintaining strong follow-ups and relationship building. Showroom Management : Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, organized, and provides a premium experience for visitors. Collaboration : Work with designers and vendors to provide the best solutions to customers. Sales Targets : Achieve and reach monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: ✅ Prior experience in interior design sales, showroom sales, or real estate sales is preferred and would be added advantage. ✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills. ✅ Ability to work independently and take initiative in generating leads. ✅ Flexibility to meet clients outside the showroom for sales discussions. ✅ A passion for home interiors and design trends.
