Sub Zonal Manager

Manage zone-level operations and business growth across assigned locations. Drive market expansion and new hub/location activation . Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned zone. Manage relationships with clients, partners, and local stakeholders . Monitor zone-level performance, revenue, productivity, and operational KPIs . Coordinate with Hub, Last Mile, Operations, and central teams to ensure smooth execution . Support manpower planning and rider supply as per business requirements. Track competition, market trends, and local business opportunities . Conduct regular performance reviews and action plans for underperforming locations. Prepare and maintain MIS reports and management updates .
