Job Summary :

We are looking for certified SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultants with implementation and support experience.

Responsibilities :

• Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

• Configure Business Rules and Workflows.

• Review technical documentation.

• Support HR business processes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders.

• Participate in UAT and deployments.

Requirements :

• SAP SuccessFactors EC Certification (Mandatory)

• Minimum 1 EC Implementation

• Minimum 1 EC Support Project

• Strong EC Functional Knowledge

• Business Rules

• Workflows

• Good understanding of other SF modules

• Time Management knowledge preferred

• Excellent communication skills .
