Product Associate

We are looking for a Product Associate with at least 1 year of experience in product management or a similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS company.

You will work closely with the product, engineering, design, sales, and customer-facing teams to understand user problems, improve existing features, and support the development of new product functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand user requirements, feedback, and product issues

Prepare product requirements, user flows, and feature documentation

Coordinate with design and engineering teams for feature development

Test new features and identify bugs or usability improvements

Conduct competitor and market research

Analyze user feedback and product usage to suggest improvements

Maintain product documentation and track feature progress

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of relevant product experience

Good understanding of B2B SaaS products and workflows

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Experience with tools such as Trello, Google Sheets, or similar platforms

Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
