Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.

Drive loan business and achieve monthly and annual targets.

Manage the Business loan portfolio and ensure portfolio quality.

Handle loan processing, disbursement, renewals, and collections.

Lead, motivate, and monitor the branch team to achieve business targets.

Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Track branch KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.

Required Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any discipline.

Age below 35 years.

5-8 years of experience in Business Loan.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Branch Manager with team-handling experience.

Strong knowledge of Business loan processing.

Strong sales and target-oriented approach.

Good knowledge of branch operations and risk management.
