Job Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle school fee collection, receipts, and student account records.
• Maintain cash book, bank book, ledgers, and other accounting records.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and payment records.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate bank records.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Handle payroll-related accounting and salary records.
• Maintain records related to statutory compliance such as TDS, GST, PF, and other applicable requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and school management.
• Monitor outstanding fees and follow up for pending payments.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Required Skills:

• Positive knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain confidential financial information.

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience in school, college, educational institute, or similar organization will be preferred.
• Candidate should be responsible, organized, and capable of handling accounts independently.

Compensation: From 35,000.00 per month
