Import Export Executive

We are seeking an experienced Import Export Executive to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of import and export documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with various stakeholders including freight forwarders and customs house agents (CHA). This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage import and export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs house agents to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
• Maintain records of all import and export transactions, including bills of entry and other necessary documentation.
• Utilize SAP Business One for tracking shipments and managing inventory related to import and export activities.
• Perform data analysis using tools like VLOOKUP to generate reports and insights for management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues that may arise during the import/export process.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of import and export documentation processes.
• Experience in coordinating with freight forwarders and customs house agents.
• Proficiency in SAP Business One and advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
