Senior Electronics Design Engineer (Schematic and Architecture)

We want the engineer who takes a product idea and turns it into a correct, well-reasoned schematic: block diagram, power tree, interfaces, key components and the calculations behind every choice. Not a drafting role. You decide what the circuit should be and can explain why every part and value is there. Half the role is reviewing other engineers' designs and catching problems before they reach a board. PCB layout is not expected (an advantage if you can).

What you will do

Turn requirements into architecture; select MCUs/SoCs, power ICs, sensors, AFEs, comms modules and protection.

Design from first principles: power supplies, battery charging, analog conditioning, MCU and digital, interfaces, protection; document calculations, tolerances and derating.

Capture clean hierarchical schematics and write layout constraints for power, analog, high-speed and RF.

Run structured design reviews with findings, severity, owners and closure.

Support first-board bring-up and feed learning back.

You have

7+ years hands-on electronics design with architecture and schematic ownership on products you can name.

Strong analog, digital and power fundamentals; switching regulator design; grounding, decoupling, SI and EMC.

Altium, OrCAD/Cadence or KiCad; LTspice; comfortable on the bench.

Awareness of CE, FCC, UL, BIS and IEC 60601 requirements.

Pune based or willing to relocate.

Nice to have: services environment, medical or IoT/IoMT, ISO 13485, PCB layout, low power, volume production, WCA/derating/DFMEA.
