• PF, Travel Allowance (TA), Flexible Working Hours, ESI (ESIC)Job DescriptionRole OverviewWe are looking for an energetic Field Recruiter to handle bulk and volume hiring of Picker & Packer profiles for leading E-commerce clients across South India.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive bulk hiring for Picker & Packer roles across multiple locations.Source candidates through field recruitment, migrant networks, vendors, job fairs, NGOs, employment exchanges, WhatsApp groups and local references.Build and maintain strong migrant candidate networks.Conduct ground-level sourcing, screening, counselling and follow-ups.Coordinate interviews, documentation and joining formalities.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly joining targets.Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.RequirementsPrior experience in blue-collar / bulk / volume recruitment.Strong exposure to field sourcing and migrant hiring.Good local market knowledge and candidate network.Ability to work with high-volume hiring target
