Experience

510 years in Project Execution

Minimum 5 years in Smart City, CCTV Surveillance, OFC, ICT Infrastructure, ICCC, ELV, or Government Projects

Educational Qualification

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, Civil, or equivalent

Job Purpose

To lead and manage the complete execution of Smart City field infrastructure projects, ensuring completion within the approved scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and safety requirements while coordinating with clients, consultants, OEMs, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Prepare detailed project execution plans and deployment strategies.

Ensure timely execution of all field activities.

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress.

Ensure milestone achievement as per contractual timelines.

Manage multiple project locations simultaneously.

Site Management

Supervise site engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors.

Ensure proper manpower deployment.

Monitor attendance and productivity.

Resolve site execution issues promptly.

Conduct regular site inspections.

Smart City Infrastructure Execution

Manage installation and commissioning of:

CCTV Surveillance Systems

PTZ & Fixed Cameras

ANPR Cameras

Face Recognition Cameras

Emergency Call Boxes

Variable Message Displays (VMS)

Public Address Systems

OFC Network

HDPE Ducting

GI Pipe Works

Pole Foundations

Smart Poles

UPS Systems

Networking Equipment

Industrial Switches

Fiber Termination

Cabinets

Junction Boxes

Earthing

Power Cabling

Client Coordination

Coordinate with Client, PMC, Consultant, SI and Government Authorities.

Attend project review meetings.

Present project progress.

Obtain approvals.

Resolve technical and commercial issues.

Vendor & Contractor Management

Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers.

Monitor subcontractor performance.

Ensure timely material deliveries.

Validate vendor bills.

Monitor contractor productivity.

Material Management

Forecast project material requirements.

Coordinate procurement.

Monitor inventory.

Prevent material shortages.

Ensure proper storage at site.

Minimize wastage.

Documentation

Maintain:

DPR (Daily Progress Report)

WPR (Weekly Progress Report)

MPR (Monthly Progress Report)

Site Registers

Material Registers

Inspection Reports

Test Reports

RFI
