About the internship:The intern will manage the enquiries the centre receives each day, engaging prospective clients by telephone and WhatsApp, and converting genuine interest into booked consultations. The quality of the first conversation determines whether an enquiry becomes a consultation, so the internship suits candidates who are articulate, assured on the telephone, and comfortable being assessed on measurable outcomes from the outset.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contact every enquiry generated by the centre's marketing activity by telephone, and complete the agreed follow-up sequence for those not reached at the first attempt

2. Qualify each enquiry through structured discussion, establish the prospective client's requirement and circumstances, and book a consultation at the centre

3. Respond to inbound telephone calls, WhatsApp messages and direct messages within the agreed response time, throughout the working day

4. Improve the attendance rate of booked consultations through timely reminders and a clear explanation of what the appointment involves

5. Record every conversation and update the enquiry stage in the customer relationship management system as it occurs, so that no enquiry is lost and no client is contacted twice on the same matter

6. Submit a daily summary of calls placed, connections made and consultations booked, and take part in the weekly review of the enquiry funnel

7. A postgraduate degree in management, either completed or in the final stage, from a recognised institution2. Spoken English of a high standard, together with fluency in Hindi. The ability to listen attentively, to ask considered follow-up questions rather than rely on a script, and to converse with senior professionals with confidence4. Comfort with daily measurement of calls made, connections achieved and consultations booked5. Working knowledge of spreadsheets and of customer relationship management systems6. Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 15,000 - 20,000 /month

A. What the Internship Offers:

1. A monthly stipend, confirmed at the time of offer.

2. Structured training in the consultative selling of high-value services, provided by the Sales Manager.

B. Position Details:

1. Position: Sales and client engagement intern

2. Reporting to: CMO/sales manager

3. Location: Santacruz West, Mumbai (this is a full-time, on-site internship and is not remote or hybrid)

4. Duration: Six months

5. Working days: Monday to Saturday

6. Working hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
