Product Manager

We’re in search of an experienced product manager to lead a multidisciplinary development team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for gaps in consumer product offerings and an innovative mindset for filling them. This person should be a highly skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of a product, from conception to release. We’re looking for a confident leader who can guide cross-functional teams in the creation of products that improve customer experience and grow market share.Job Profile:Location: Chennai/WFMExperience: 8-10 yrsRole and responsibilityGain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.Work closely with engineering teams to deliver quick time-to-market and optimal resources.Drive product launches including working with the public relations team, executives, and other product management team members.Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.Skills and qualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree in product design or engineering.Previous experience in software development will be added advantage.Rich experience in a dynamic product management role – 8-10 Years. Should have work experience in Travel industry/booking industry- 5-6 Years.Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams.Good writing skills (Product Feature, Requirement gathering, user story, etc), combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
