International Business Development & Market Research - Internship (WFH)

About the internship:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented International Business Development & Market Research Intern to support international lead-generation and business-development activities. The primary objective of this role is to identify genuine, relevant manufacturing companies in international markets, research the companies and their senior decision-makers, build a high-quality business database, and assist with carefully targeted B2B outreach. A successful intern may have the opportunity to continue with Nvision in a more responsible Business Development/International Market Research position.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research manufacturing companies in selected international markets, identifying those that meet Nvision's target profile, particularly established manufacturing companies with significant domestic or international business.

2. Build and maintain a high-quality B2B database of researched companies.

3. Identify business opportunities by evaluating why a particular company might be worth approaching.

4. Identify relevant decision-makers within target companies.

5. Conduct international B2B outreach to identified prospects.

6. Use AI and online research tools to accelerate and improve research quality.

7. Additional information:

Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 5,000 - 8,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 500 - 9,000 /month

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 250000 to 1400000/year1. Working hours: approximately 7 hours per day, 6 days per week.

This internship provides practical exposure to international B2B business development, export marketing, international market research, lead generation, B2B prospect identification, decision-maker research, international sales processes, CRM/database management, professional email communication, LinkedIn-based business research, AI-assisted business research, international business opportunities, and client acquisition processes.

3. Nvision will provide training and gradually increase responsibilities; however, consistent working hours, seriousness, accuracy in research, good written communication, willingness to learn, regular reporting, proper database maintenance, and professional behavior when communicating with international prospects are expected. Quality is more important than the number of emails sent.

4. This internship is intended to identify and develop promising talent for Nvision's international business-development activities, with potential for full-time employment.
