Job Title: Maintenance Executive Location: Pimplas, Bhiwandi Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month Job Type: Full-Time Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and experienced Maintenance Executive to oversee maintenance activities, ensure equipment availability, reduce downtime, and improve operational efficiency. The candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, cost control, team performance, safety compliance, and continuous improvement. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure timely completion. Ensure the availability and smooth functioning of machinery and equipment for uninterrupted production. Monitor equipment breakdowns, repair time, and equipment failure frequency. Identify opportunities to reduce maintenance costs, energy consumption, and water usage. Supervise the maintenance team, monitor attendance, and ensure timely achievement of team targets. Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and applicable regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure employees receive appropriate safety training. Monitor maintenance performance and prepare reports on equipment efficiency, downtime, and expenses. Identify and implement innovative ideas to improve maintenance processes and operational efficiency. Track cost savings and implement measures to improve productivity. Ensure proper grooming, personal hygiene, health, and wellness standards among team members. Coordinate routine medical check-ups and maintain relevant records. Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, safety compliance, and team performance. Required SkillsKnowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. Understanding of manufacturing equipment and maintenance procedures. Strong problem-solving and team management skills. Ability to monitor maintenance costs and improve operational efficiency. Knowledge of workplace safety standards and compliance. Good reporting, coordination, and communication skills. Preferred CandidateCandidates with experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial maintenance will be preferred. Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field is an advantage. Candidates with experience in maintenance planning, team supervision, and cost reduction will be preferred.
