Supports critical US technology hiring initiatives.Ensures timely fulfilment of niche and high-volume technical positions.Acts as a strategic partner to hiring managers and business leaders.Directly impacts project delivery, workforce planning, and business growth.

Skills & Experience Required:

7+ years of US recruitment experience. Senior Individual Contributor managing End-to-end recruitment lifecycle managementExperience handling multiple requisitions simultaneouslyExpected to work independently with minimal supervision
