About the job:Key responsibilities:

1. Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce website and online marketplaces.

2. Upload and update product listings, including images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory.

3. Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the operations team to avoid stock-outs.

4. Process online orders and ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

5. Track website traffic, sales performance, and conversion rates using analytics tools.

6. Plan, create, and publish engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

7. Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.

8. Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google.

9. Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across social media platforms.

10. Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and content creators to produce high-quality marketing content.

11. Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.

12. Increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and follower growth through organic and paid strategies.

13. Coordinate influencer marketing and brand collaborations.

14. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for e-commerce sales and social media metrics.

15. Implement SEO best practices for product pages and website content.

16.
