Business Development Manager

We're looking for someone to help grow the JAMM ecosystem by onboarding Event Organizers, Group Trip Organizers, and Brand Partners.

What You'll Do

Onboard event and group trip organizers onto JAMM.

Build relationships with brands and explore partnership opportunities.

Coordinate with creators and influencers for promotional campaigns.

Own outreach, follow-ups, and day-to-day relationship management.

Help expand and strengthen the JAMM community.

What We're Looking For

An existing network of event organizers, group trip organizers, brands, creators, or community builders.

Someone who is proactive, resourceful, and moves with urgency.

Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers, both online and offline.

Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.

Chronically online, quick to respond, and deeply plugged into internet and youth culture.
