Loan Collection Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Loan Collection Executive to join our team in Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, or Uttarakhand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the collection of outstanding loans, specifically focusing on vehicle and auto loans. This role is crucial in ensuring that our loan portfolio remains healthy and that we maintain strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure timely loan repayments.
• Manage and resolve any issues related to loan collections, providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients for loan products and assist in the sales process.
• Prepare reports on collection status and provide insights to management for strategy development.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to loan collections.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of collections processes, particularly in the context of NBFCs.
• Experience with vehicle and auto loans is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using collection software and Microsoft Office Suite.
