Team Lead - KYC and AML

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead specializing in KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) processes to join our dynamic team in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client onboarding, CDD (Customer Due Diligence), and EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence) within the investment banking sector. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of professionals dedicated to ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and enhancing the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team focused on KYC and AML processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Develop and implement effective KYC and AML strategies to mitigate risks associated with client onboarding and ongoing due diligence.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve the efficiency of client onboarding.
• Conduct regular training sessions for team members to keep them updated on the latest regulations and best practices in KYC and AML.
• Monitor and analyze team performance, providing feedback and support to enhance productivity and compliance.
• Act as a point of contact for escalated KYC and AML issues, providing expert guidance and solutions.
