Key Responsibilities Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, plumbers, contractors, builders, architects, and project sites to promote CTC products. Promote and demonstrate the features and benefits of CPVC, UPVC, PVC, SWR, HDPE pipes & fittings, water storage tanks, and other plumbing products. Achieve monthly sales and business development targets. Conduct regular market surveys and monitor competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches. Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and orders to maximize conversions. Coordinate with the office and dispatch teams to ensure timely order processing and deliveries. Collect customer feedback and provide market insights to improve sales strategies. Maintain daily visit reports, sales records, and customer information. Represent the company professionally and strengthen CTC’s brand presence in the assigned territory.
