Onboarding Specialist - Internship (WFH & Part Time)

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Join onboarding/kickoff calls with account managers

2. Set up and manage onboarding plans and timelines

3. Guide customers through setup and integrations

4. Test and ensure the setup works before go-live

5. Coordinate handoff to customer success

6. Track progress, resolve issues, and loop in support if needed

7. Keep internal teams aligned on setup tasks

8.
