Job Title : Captain/Senior Captain – Resto-Bar Location: Bangalore Indiranagar Experience: 1-2 years in Restobar / Premium Restaurant / Bar operations Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Captain and Senior Captain to lead the service team in our resto-Bar. The role involves supervising floor operations, ensuring excellent guest experience, coordinating with bar & kitchen teams, and maintaining service standards during peak hours. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise captains, stewards, and service staff Ensure smooth floor operations during service hours Handle guest complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction Take orders and guide guests on food & beverage pairing Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely service Monitor table turnover and reservations Train and groom junior staff on service etiquette & SOPs Ensure hygiene, grooming, and safety standards are followed Assist in daily briefing and shift planning Support outlet manager in achieving sales targets 🧠 Skills & Requirements 1-2 years of experience in a Restobar / Bar / Fine-dining restaurant Strong knowledge of food & beverages, cocktails, and bar service Good communication skills (English + local language preferred) Leadership and team-handling skills Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills Ability to work in shifts, weekends & peak hours Well-groomed, confident personality Basic POS system knowledge is a plus Send your CV to: HR (Harikrishnan.T) WhatsApp: [hidden].
